How are you doing?? It's a pleasure to tell you that next November the 5th it's celebrated Guy Fawkes Day in Britain.
Bonfire Night is a uniquely British event when we "celebrate" the discovery of the Gunpowder Plot against the King and Parliament in the early 17th Century. In fact, nobody cares about the origins of the celebration anymore, but we all enjoy a good bonfire, firework display, and sausages on the 5th November each year!
Remember, remember the fifth of November,
Gunpowder, treason and plot,
We see no reason,
Why gunpowder treason,
Should ever be forgot!
Gunpowder, treason and plot,

Should ever be forgot!
We, as English teachers, can explain our students some basic information, using some resources such as the ones I'm adding here:
For secondary teachers I suggest you this WORKSHEET.
Would you like to cook something special on Bonfire night? Have a look at these delicious baked potatoes ;)
You can also use this worksheet to explain some basic concepts through this glossary
Please, have a look at this site, where you'll find more resources and also last year's article
Enjoy !!
